Ms. Karwatt is serving her second term, and previously served as Second Vice President and Program Chairman for two terms and Treasurer for two terms.  She is the Judicial Secretary for the Judges of the San Mateo County Superior Court in Redwood City, CA.

Diana Prisk is Second Vice President and will also serve as Program Chairman.  She is a continuing association representative to the Bay Area Legal Secretaries Forum.  She is employed by the law firm of Simpson, Garrity & Innes in South San Francisco, CA.

Doris Pennington Burke

Doris is serving her second term as Recording Secretary and has previously served as President, Vice President, Treasurer.  She is employed by the Law Offices of John
D. Garvic, Esq., in San Mateo.

Treasurer
Nancy O'Shea, CCLS

Nancy O’Shea, CCLS.  Nancy is serving a second term as Treasurer and has previously served two terms as Governor.  Nancy also served as co-chair of the Association's Legal Secretarial Training Program for 2008 with Shara Bajurin  Nancy is employed by the firm of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Danner, LLP in Palo Alto.  She is the mother of twin sons, is pursuing a degree in anthropology. 

Governor
Shara Bajurin

Shara is serving her second term as Governor and also served as Scholarship Chairman 2007-2008.  She also co-chaired the Association's Legal Secretarial Training Program for 2008 with Nancy O'Shea.  She is employed by the law firm of Carr, McClellan, Ingersoll, Thompson & Horn in Burlingame.
