Legal Document Manager Wanted.  Small congenial financial district firm looking for experienced litigation document manager to manage client files and litigation documents including scanning and coding documents for use with Summation, tracking deposition transcripts and exhibits for use with Summation; familiarity with trial presentation equipment and software preferable. Requirements: three years experience working in law firms using Summation; familiarity with capturing and billing time in Timeslips.  Please note: This is a new specialty emerging with the advent of e-discovery.  It is distinctly different from either secretarial or paralegal (although paralegals have in the past performed these tasks).  Document management requires an ability to scan, load, search, report and print from large databases of documents. A person with this type of experience will be the top candidate for this position.
